BUFFET SERVICE

All our buffets are exquisitely decorated and include: (1) herb focaccia and butter rolls; (2) a fruit display (or fruit salad); and (3) choice of two salads. Customize and price your buffet in one of the following combinations. Buffets are staffed on a minimum ratio of 1 server for 30 guests.   'Tri-Colore' - your choice of three pastas...plus the items above. 'California Attitude' - your choice of a chicken, salmon or pork chafing dish entree, two side dishes (e.g. potato, rice or vegetable), and a pasta...plus the items above. 'The Bighorn' - add a carving station to the California Attitude buffet...plus the items above. Per Person Tri-Colore     $25.00    California Attitude $28.00    The Bighorn $32.00    SIT DOWN SERVICE Sit down service includes:  (1) one salad for all; and (2) a choice of one to three entrees.  Dessert Service is available, if requested.  Guests must RSVP their selection and a name card must be displayed to show each guest’s choice.   Salad and entrées may be selected from both the Sit Down suggestions or Buffet Menu Selections. The per person price for entrée selections includes the salad.    Sit down service requires more staff than a buffet, a minimum of 1 server per 20 guests. Therefore, we add a sit down service fee based on the number of additional staff needed, usually ranging from $100 to $350. Per Person   Pasta     $24.00   Chicken  $28.00   Salmon/Pork $29.00   Prime Rib     $36.00   Filet Mignon     $42.00   *   An 18% service charge for service up to 8 hours applies for events with 100 or more. For events with less than 100 people, labor will be charged by the hour at $22 per hour in lieu of the service charge. Overtime rates at $33 per hour apply after 8 hours. Service begins 2 hours prior for set up and 1 hour after for clean up. In some cases server travel time may be added. *    Prices subject to California Sales Tax (8.75%). The Service/Labor Charge is subject to sales tax under California law. *   For Buffets, the pricing is based on the number of adults. Children ages 6 to 11      are priced at 70% of the adult price.  Children 5 & under are no charge. *   A truck charge of $50-$150 may be applied based on the location of the event.
