All our buffets are exquisitely decorated and include: (1) herb focaccia and butter rolls; (2) a fruit display (or fruit salad); and (3) choice of two salads. Customize and price your buffet in one of the following combinations. Buffets are staffed on a minimum ratio of 1 server for 30 guests.

* An 18% service charge for service up to 8 hours applies for events with 100 or more. For events with less than 100 people, labor will be charged by the hour at $22 per hour in lieu of the service charge. Overtime rates at $33 per hour apply after 8 hours. Service begins 2 hours prior for set up and 1 hour after for clean up. In some cases server travel time may be added.
