Our Services

We will plan your event and give you a letter contract outlining in detail our commitment to your menu, schedule and set up. We require a $500.00 non-refundable payment to reserve your date. The balance of your fees will be due one week before your event.

wine glass (if you put wine on the guest tables)

Coffee service with your food service - at a coffee bar

*Standard restaurant white linen is included in the price. Colored or specialty linen is extra. Glassware is for food service only. Bar glassware is included in the various beverage packages.

**You or your site must set up the tables and chairs. We will set up tables and chairs for an extra fee. We will ‘dress' and 'undress' the tables and clean up the kitchen and wait staff areas. Janitorial services for your venue and trash removal are not included in our services. They can be added at an additional fee.
